In remembrance of Jojje Wadenius 1945-2026
It’s with great sadness we hear about the sudden passing of legend Georg “Jojje” Wadenius. He was not only a great guitarist, he was a true ambassador of music and a real gentleman. Musically Georg has made a huge impact on so many different levels.
On the way to a recent concert with Bill Champlin and Ole Børud at Circus in Stockholm we met on the tram and had a nice chat about music and life. Always a pleasure meeting Jojje, always polite and with a respectful manner. “Jojje”, you are dearly missed.
